FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
General & Customization
Q: How "custom" can I actually go? A: Truly custom. Because our fire table artist pours every top by hand, you can choose the concrete tint, the type of glass inlay, and the base material. If you have a specific color palette in mind for your patio, we can work with you to match it.
Q: Are these tables really one-of-a-kind? A: Yes. Due to the nature of natural stone and the hand-pouring process of high-strength concrete, no two textures or glass patterns will ever be identical. Your table is a unique commission.
Q: Can I really cook on the West End table? A: Absolutely. Our new cooking attachment is designed to integrate with the 125,000 BTU burner, allowing you to sear and grill right at the table. It’s designed for social dining—think high-end tableside hibachi or steak searing.
Technical & Safety
Q: How much heat does the burner put out? A: Both the Bimini and West End models feature a massive 30" stainless steel burner producing 125,000 BTUs. For comparison, the average "big box store" fire pit usually only produces 30,000 to 50,000 BTUs. Our tables are designed to actually keep a large group warm, even in breezy coastal conditions.
Q: Is the ignition safe for families? A: Safety is our priority. We use a child-safe control panel with a battery-operated electronic ignition. It requires a specific "push-and-turn" sequence to engage, preventing accidental starts.
Q: Propane or Natural Gas? A: Both! All tables come standard for Liquid Propane (with a hidden storage area for the tank). However, we offer an optional Natural Gas conversion kit if you prefer to have your table hard-wired to your home’s gas line.
Durability & Care
Q: Will the concrete crack? A: We use a proprietary, high-strength concrete mix reinforced for outdoor longevity. While "hairline" shrinkage cracks can occasionally appear over time (a natural characteristic of concrete), they do not affect the structural integrity of the table.
Q: How does it hold up in Florida’s salt air? A: We build our frames from welded aluminum and use high-grade stainless steel for the burners and doors. Unlike steel pits that rust out in a year, our materials are specifically chosen to resist corrosion in coastal environments.
Q: Do I need to cover it? A: While the materials are weather-resistant, we recommend using a cover when not in use for long periods to keep the burner ports clean and the concrete finish looking "showroom new."
Ordering & Shipping
Q: What is the lead time for a custom build? A: Quality takes time. From the moment we finalize your design, it typically takes 3–5 weeks to pour, cure, seal, and assemble your table.
Q: Do you deliver and install? A: We offer local delivery and professional setup throughout South Florida. For out-of-state clients, we ship via specialized freight in secure crating to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
